When Kristen and I were having dinner tonight, we had some frozen spinach (reheated of course). When I asked her if she’d like some vinegar, she said yes, and I proceeded to mull over the 6 different types of vinegar we have in the cabinet. I guess that’s a pretty clear sign that we’re foodies, or at least attempting to be. Apartment and student life makes being a foodie difficult, but at least I have room for a battalion of vinegars.

In case you were wondering, it was malt, white wine, red wine, white balsamic, balsamic, and apple cider vinegar.
